- You need of granulated suger.
- It's of cinnamon.
- It's of unsalted butter.
- Prepare of dark chocolate, chopped.
- You need of heavy cream.

Churro Sticks instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper (or spray with cooking spray).
- Unfold the puff pastry and cut it in half (lengthwise), then cut into strips (less than 1 inch wide).
- Gently transfer the strips onto baking sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes(until golden brown).
- While the churros are baking melt the butter and set aside..

I came up with these churro French toast sticks because I had a major churro craving and did not want to whip up a bunch of choux and deep fry it. Real churros in Spain are not light and fluffy; they're like this. My husband thought it was difficult to make. Did not have a pastry bag, so I used a ziploc bag instead to pipe into oil.. Fortunately, there are other recipes that are easier to make, but that have the same great taste.
