It's 1/4 cup of butter.
Prepare 2 tbsp of brown sugar.
You need 1 cup of water.
Prepare 1 cup of all purpose flour.
It's 2 of large eggs.
Prepare of Peanut butter chip (you can use any flavour or filling that you like).

In a pan melt butter, add sugar and water to boil. Make sure all ingredients is dissolved. This process is quick will only take 3 mins..
Immediately at the flour to it, turn off stove and make it to a dough form..
Let is cool 5 mins. Then add eggs to it and stir until no lumps of dough appear. At this point the dough is almost to a liquid form..
Now fill up in the piping bag and make rounds or any shape you desire. I make them small as possible so when i fry them all the dough is cooked evenly..
Place peanut butter chips. You may use any filling that you like. Then complete it with another layer to cover the chip..
Once completed, freeze them, when ready pull them out to fry in the oil. Dust it with sugar. ✅.
