Ingredients of Mini Donuts
- It's 125 grams of Sugar.
- It's 130 grams of Butter.
- It's 2 tbsp of Milk.
- It's 2 of Eggs.
- You need 125 grams of Self Rising Flour.
Use a mini donut pan, available in most cookware stores. It's the weekend so of course that means you need to treat yourself to a delicious dessert of some sort, and in this case dessert for breakfast! The options for finishing your donuts are many: Toss them while still warm with a cinnamon-sugar mixture, or let cool and then coat with a glaze. Besides my craving for mini donuts, it's been a while since I put my mini donut pan to use.
Mini Donuts step by step
- Mix butter and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Add flour.
- Add milk.
- Bake in your donut machine (mine is for mini donuts).
- Let cool and top as you like (I dipped them in melted butter and sugar).
