Ingredients of Mini Donuts

  1. It's 125 grams of Sugar.
  2. It's 130 grams of Butter.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of Milk.
  4. It's 2 of Eggs.
  5. You need 125 grams of Self Rising Flour.

Use a mini donut pan, available in most cookware stores. It's the weekend so of course that means you need to treat yourself to a delicious dessert of some sort, and in this case dessert for breakfast! The options for finishing your donuts are many: Toss them while still warm with a cinnamon-sugar mixture, or let cool and then coat with a glaze. Besides my craving for mini donuts, it's been a while since I put my mini donut pan to use.

Mini Donuts step by step

  1. Mix butter and sugar.

  5. Bake in your donut machine (mine is for mini donuts).
  6. Let cool and top as you like (I dipped them in melted butter and sugar).
